Returns Policy

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for consignment ("used" or "brand new-no tags") furniture, clearance items, special orders, items that have been installed, mattresses and/or foundations no longer in their original packaging, and other items listed below. Other exclusions may apply. Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable. District Market reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

Clearance items, as well as any consignment furniture, are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. Should you want to return something because you don’t like it, you can submit a request to re-consign it anytime at your convenience in accordance with our consignment policies.

Should you encounter an error and receive an incorrect item, you should contact us for exchange or return instructions within 7 days of receipt. Any error notifications made after 7 days will be subject to our standard return policy.
